Lucy’s Spanish Rice

Ingredients

  • 1 chopped yellow onion
  • 3-5 chopped garlic cloves
  • 1.5 cups of cooked wild rice
  • Cooked red beans (approx. 16 oz.)

Directions

  1. Sautee the onions, garlic, and beans for about 5 minutes
  2. Mix in Sazon Goya con cilantro y achiote
  3. Add wild rice and sautee for about 5 more minutes
  4. Add cilantro to garnish
